私 use 黙想 (meditation) as a way to 緩めなさい(relax ) the ボディ(body) and reduce the 圧力(stress) and 心配(worries).When 私 meditate, 私 clear away the 情報 (information) overload それ builds up 毎日. When 私(my) 心(mind) is clear of distracting 思考(thoughts), 私 gain 新しい(new) perspectives and new ways of handling stress and other 問題(problems). 私 become more 自己わかっている( self-aware). 私 focus on the here and now - not on my ever-growing to-do list. While there are many different ways to 考えなさい(meditate), the 目的(goal) is the same - 内部の平和 (inner peace).
